I’m a happily married hockey mom, proud female leader, founder and CEO of Free Range Thinking, and host of the My Good Woman podcast.
I had BIG plans…
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family in California.
As a child, I loved creating, dancing, and singing. I participated in pageants and all through my high school years, I was paving the path to a career in musical theatre.
BUT, they changed!
In a surprising turn of events, I developed an interest in what was happening behind the scenes of the entertainment industry.
After growing in my expertise working with different companies, I founded a business strategy consultancy called Free Range Thinking.
While working with me, my clients have been on the campaign trail, built schools in Africa, helped end Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, and delivered Oscar, Emmy, and Tony award-winning performances that moved and inspired audiences worldwide.

In my role as a business consultant, I discovered many women find it difficult to claim their rightful place in the world. They often feel overlooked, unheard, and have a hard time convincing others… even when they have ideas that can change the world.
I dream of a world where half the world’s governments are led by women, half of the C-suite positions are held by women, and half of all businesses, small and large, are owned by women.
I’m on a mission to bring the best out of female leaders, and support them while they use their unique talents to change the world, in the ways that matter to them most.
